Scarcely a soul could guess, because I wear wigs quite subtly, but my close family and friends know how much I wear wigs to regain my femininity. I’m Larissa Green and this is the Building Confidence Journal. Would you guess that my nephew asked if God gave me my hair back the first time he’d seen me since I started wearing wigs. You see, A decade ago before having my first child, I was diagnosed with an ailment that as a symptom cursed me with medical hair loss. The hair loss hit me off guard. Even so, for years the fact that I played a mess didn’t so much as rank as insignificant priority. But look, I have children to look after in addition to award-winning law firm to run. It hadn’t yet occurred to me that I just had to invest in my appearance to defeat my confidence issues.
I got into crisis mode and scheduled a visitation with my general practitioner about treating my women’s hair loss. I showed up thinking about hair transplants, to be completely honest. As my doctor confirmed that quality, human hair lace front wigs were a great course of action, even then I was still skeptical! These days I’m a devoted adherent to the power of wigs, and take every chance to help women with hair loss. The most important thing women need to think about, is simple: no matter how tough life’s lemons become, there’s simply action for beating baldness with wigs.
